Blueberry Muffins Recipe

1 c. blueberries (frozen - unthawed)
2 c. flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. milk

Beat butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla for 4 minutes on low speed.  Add baking powder and salt.  Mix.  Add flour 1/4 c. at a time, alternately with milk.  Begin and end with flour.  Fold in blueberries.
Grease muffin tins or use liners.
Bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
