Quick and Easy Chicken and Dumplings Recipe

1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. frozen vegetables
1 1/2 boneless/skinless chicken breast
1 T. oil

1.  Cut the uncooked chicken breast into small pieces.
2.  Using the oil cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat.
3.  Heat 1 1/2 c. milk, the vegetables, cream of chicken soup in a saucepan, stir frequentlty!  Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Place chicken/vegetables/sauce mixture in a glass casserole dish that has been sprayed.

Before baking stir 1 c.  bakingmix/bisquick with 1/3 c. milk until a soft dough forms.
Drop dough by 8 spoonfuls onto the chicken mixture.  DO NOT STIR!

Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes.

EAT!!!
