Mini Quiche


1 tube of pie crust (premade)
1 egg per person at least 5 eggs
¼ c. milk
½ c. cheese (1 custard cup)
Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles with a biscuit cutter.
Press each circle of pie crust into a muffin tin pan.
Scramble at least 5 eggs add ¼ c. milk
Pour the egg mixture into each muffin tin crust and then add desired toppings!
Add in options: Ham, turkey sausage, spinach, mushrooms, green onions and peppers
Bake 425 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes.
