Easy Banana Bread

1 yellow cake mix
2 eggs
3 to 4 overripe bananas
1/2 - 1 c. chocolate chips (we used dark)

1,  Smash bananas in a large bowl (you can mix with the mixer)
2.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well.  Batter will fill 2 small loaf pans, or one large loaf pan.  Make sure to spray and flour the pan(s)
3.  Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes (bake longer if using larger loaf pan)

Quick and Easy Chicken and Dumplings Recipe

1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. frozen vegetables
1 1/2 boneless/skinless chicken breast
1 T. oil

1.  Cut the uncooked chicken breast into small pieces.
2.  Using the oil cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat.
3.  Heat 1 1/2 c. milk, the vegetables, cream of chicken soup in a saucepan, stir frequentlty!  Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Place chicken/vegetables/sauce mixture in a glass casserole dish that has been sprayed.

Before baking stir 1 c.  bakingmix/bisquick with 1/3 c. milk until a soft dough forms.
Drop dough by 8 spoonfuls onto the chicken mixture.  DO NOT STIR!

Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes.

EAT!!!

ONE slide has writing that begins with "what i now know about making quick breads. . . . ." ONE paragraph
